Refund policy
Should you make an error when ordering online, McGregor & Young will refund your item up to 30 days from the date of purchase. The returned item must be unopened and in its original saleable condition. Please email us at hello@mcgregorandyoung.com
You are responsible for additional postage charges.
When your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will process your refund back on the card you paid with. Refund may take up to 2 business days.
In the event you have received damaged or incorrect goods, notification must be given within 72 hours of receipt of goods for credit or replacement.
